1. Acceptance of Terms
In consideration of Elite Hands DMV Football Catching Academy ("Elite Hands DMV," "we," "us," or "our") accepting the registered participant ("Participant," "Player," or "Athlete") into our training sessions, camps, events, and programs, the parent or legal guardian ("Parent," "Guardian," "you," or "your") agrees to the following terms and conditions.
By completing registration, making payment, or allowing your child to participate in any Elite Hands DMV activity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to all terms set forth in this document. If the Participant is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms on their behalf.
2. Consent & Waiver of Liability
By registering the Participant in any Elite Hands DMV training session, camp, event, or program, you, as the Parent or Legal Guardian, hereby give your full and voluntary consent for the Participant to engage in all activities associated with Elite Hands DMV Football Catching Academy.
You understand and acknowledge that participation in football catching training involves physical activity and carries inherent risks of injury. You voluntarily consent to the Participant's involvement in all training activities, drills, exercises, and events conducted by Elite Hands DMV, including but not limited to:
- Catching drills using professional-grade JUGS machines
- Route running, footwork, and agility exercises
- One-on-one and group training sessions
- Skills evaluations and assessments
- Outdoor and indoor training activities
- Transportation to and from training facilities (when applicable)
You hereby WAIVE, RELEASE, AND FOREVER DISCHARGE Elite Hands DMV Football Catching Academy, its owners, operators, coaches, trainers, employees, agents, volunteers, and affiliates (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to the Participant's involvement in Elite Hands DMV activities, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, disability, death, or property damage.
3. Assumption of Risk
You understand and acknowledge that participation in football catching training involves inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid them. These risks include, but are not limited to:
- Physical Contact & Impact: Contact with other participants, coaches, equipment, training apparatus, and JUGS machines
- Athletic Injuries: Sprains, strains, fractures, dislocations, concussions, contusions, abrasions, lacerations, and other musculoskeletal injuries
- Overexertion: Heat exhaustion, dehydration, heat stroke, fatigue, or cardiovascular events from strenuous physical activity
- Equipment-Related: Injuries resulting from the use or malfunction of training equipment, including JUGS machines, footballs, cones, and other apparatus
- Environmental Hazards: Weather conditions (heat, cold, lightning, rain), field conditions, uneven surfaces, and insects
- Collisions & Falls: Running, jumping, diving, and other athletic movements that may result in falls or collisions
- Pre-existing Conditions: Aggravation of pre-existing medical conditions or undisclosed injuries
- Catastrophic Injury: In rare cases, serious injury including paralysis or death
You, on behalf of yourself and the Participant, VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS, both known and unknown, associated with the Participant's involvement in Elite Hands DMV training programs, events, and activities, even if arising from the negligence of the Released Parties.
4. Medical Release & Emergency Treatment Authorization
4.1 Emergency Medical Authorization
In the event of an emergency, injury, or illness involving the Participant during any Elite Hands DMV activity, you hereby authorize and give full consent to Elite Hands DMV staff, coaches, and designated personnel to seek and obtain emergency medical treatment for the Participant, including but not limited to:
- Emergency medical services (EMS/911)
- Hospital or urgent care facility treatment
- Administration of first aid
- Ambulance transportation
- Any medical procedure deemed necessary by medical professionals to protect the health and safety of the Participant
4.2 Financial Responsibility
You understand and agree that you, as the Parent or Legal Guardian, are solely and fully financially responsible for any and all medical expenses, hospital bills, ambulance fees, prescription costs, rehabilitation expenses, and any other costs or charges arising from emergency treatment or medical care provided to the Participant during or as a result of their participation in Elite Hands DMV activities.
Elite Hands DMV does not provide medical insurance, health coverage, or accident insurance for Participants. You are responsible for ensuring the Participant has adequate health insurance coverage.
4.3 Medical Fitness
By registering the Participant, you represent and warrant that:
- The Participant is in good physical condition and able to safely participate in strenuous athletic activity
- You have consulted with a physician if the Participant has any medical concerns, conditions, or physical limitations
- You have disclosed any relevant medical information, allergies, or conditions on the registration form
- The Participant has no medical condition that would make participation inadvisable
5. Release of Liability & Indemnification
5.1 Complete Release
You, individually and on behalf of the Participant, your heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and estate, hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Elite Hands DMV Football Catching Academy, its owners, operators, coaches, trainers, employees, agents, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates (the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether arising from negligence or otherwise, which are in any way connected with the Participant's participation in Elite Hands DMV activities, including:
- Personal injury, illness, or death
- Property damage or loss
- Injuries resulting from equipment use or malfunction
- Injuries caused by other participants, coaches, or third parties
- Pre-existing conditions aggravated by participation
- Acts of God, weather conditions, or facility issues
- Travel to and from training locations
5.2 Indemnification
You agree to INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS the Released Parties from any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or attorney fees arising out of or related to the Participant's involvement in Elite Hands DMV activities, including claims brought by or on behalf of the Participant, other participants, or any third party.
6. Event & Session Policy
6.1 Session Registration
All training sessions must be booked in advance through our website at elitehandsdmv.com. Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Space is limited and sessions are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
6.2 Arrival & Punctuality
Participants should arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled session start time. Late arrivals may result in reduced training time. Elite Hands DMV is not responsible for extending session times due to late arrival.
6.3 Session Modifications
Elite Hands DMV reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any training session due to weather conditions, facility availability, safety concerns, coach availability, or insufficient enrollment. In the event of a cancellation by Elite Hands DMV, a full credit or reschedule will be offered.
6.4 Age Groups & Placement
Participants are placed in training groups based on age and skill level. Elite Hands DMV reserves the right to reassign a Participant to a different group if it is determined to be in the best interest of the Participant's development or safety.
6.5 Parent/Guardian Presence
A parent or legal guardian must be present or immediately reachable by phone during all training sessions for participants under 16 years of age.
7. Cancellation & Credit Policy
7.1 Cancellation by Parent/Guardian
- 48+ Hours Before Session: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session start time are eligible for a credit toward a future session. No cash refunds will be issued
- Less Than 48 Hours Before Session: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are NOT eligible for any credit. The full session fee is forfeited
- No-Shows: Failure to attend a registered session without prior notification constitutes a no-show. No-shows forfeit the entire session fee and are not eligible for any credit or reschedule
7.2 Administrative Fee
All approved session credits are subject to a 15% administrative processing fee, which will be deducted from the credit value. This fee covers payment processing and administrative costs.
7.3 Multi-Session Packages
Multi-session packages (e.g., 4-session bundles) are sold as a single purchase. Credits for unused sessions from a package are subject to the 48-hour cancellation policy and the 15% administrative fee. Credit values will be calculated at the individual session rate, not the discounted package rate. No cash refunds will be issued for packages.
7.4 Cancellation by Elite Hands DMV
If Elite Hands DMV cancels a session for any reason (weather, facility issue, coach unavailability, etc.), you will receive a full credit toward a future session with no administrative fee deducted.
7.5 Injury During Session
If a Participant is unable to complete a session due to injury sustained during the session, a credit toward a future session may be issued at the sole discretion of Elite Hands DMV.
7.6 How to Request a Cancellation
All cancellation and credit requests must be submitted through our Customer Support page or by contacting Elite Hands DMV directly. Verbal cancellations at the training site are not accepted as formal cancellation requests.
8. Safety Rules & Conduct
8.1 Compliance Required
All Participants must follow safety rules, coach instructions, and facility guidelines at all times. Failure to follow safety protocols may result in immediate removal from the training session without credit or compensation.
8.2 Proper Attire & Equipment
Participants must wear appropriate athletic attire, including athletic shoes, and any protective equipment as recommended by Elite Hands DMV coaches. Participants without proper attire may be prohibited from training.
8.3 Behavior Standards
Participants are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship, respect for coaches and other participants, and a positive attitude. Disruptive, disrespectful, or dangerous behavior will not be tolerated. Elite Hands DMV reserves the right to dismiss any Participant whose behavior is deemed unsafe or inappropriate, without credit or compensation.
8.4 Parent Conduct
Parents and guardians are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and supportive manner at all times. Abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior by a parent or guardian may result in the Participant being removed from the program.
9. Photo & Media Release
By registering the Participant, you grant Elite Hands DMV Football Catching Academy permission to photograph, video record, and use the Participant's name, image, likeness, and voice in connection with promotional, marketing, educational, and social media materials. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Website and social media content (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
- Promotional videos, highlight reels, and training demonstrations
- Print and digital marketing materials
- Press releases and media features
This consent is granted without expectation of compensation. If you do not consent to media use, you must notify Elite Hands DMV in writing before the first training session through our Customer Support page.
10. Intellectual Property
All training methods, techniques, drills, curricula, and materials used by Elite Hands DMV are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. Participants and parents may not record, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any training content, coaching methods, or proprietary materials without prior written permission from Elite Hands DMV.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ELITE HANDS DMV'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PARTICIPANT'S INVOLVEMENT IN ELITE HANDS DMV ACTIVITIES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC TRAINING SESSION IN WHICH THE INCIDENT OCCURRED.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ELITE HANDS DMV BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF INCOME, LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR THEORY OF LIABILITY.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Maryland. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.
13. Modifications
Elite Hands DMV reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued registration or participation in Elite Hands DMV activities after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If we make material changes to these Terms, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users through our website or email.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

BY REGISTERING YOUR CHILD FOR ANY ELITE HANDS DMV TRAINING SESSION, CAMP, EVENT, OR PROGRAM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, INCLUDING THE CONSENT & WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, MEDICAL RELEASE & EMERGENCY TREATMENT AUTHORIZATION, RELEASE OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION, AND CANCELLATION & CREDIT POLICY.
